Our Four-Step Process

We do this through a four-step process: Capture, Communicate, Create, and Coach. The first step is to capture a snapshot of your health as it is currently. This consists of an on-site health screening or assessment. This data-driven approach allows us to be aware of your overall health status. The second step involves open communication. We’ll walk you through the results, educating you about risk factors that may be present, arming you with the tools to make informed decisions in the future. Next, we create a customized plan for you to improve your overall health, taking into account lifestyle, nutrition, personal goals, health history, and more. Then we put your plan into action. You will receive one-on-one, personalized support through a health coach at CardioKinetics to accomplish your goals, resulting in a healthier you.

In addition, we provide state-of-the-art assessments and other preventive medicine solutions, such as Physical Fitness testing, VO2 Max Testing, Employee Health Assessments, Biometric Screenings, Disease Risk Assessments, and Cardiovascular ECG Treadmill Tests. These tests work together to create a holistic view of your health.
