THOMAS E. HALL
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Hall received his degree in Cardiopulmonary Physiology from the University of Delaware in 1978. He also holds a minor in Biology.  As the company’s founder, Mr. Hall has been involved with the direction and daily operations of Cardio-Kinetics since its inception in October 1979.

Mr. Hall is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine, The American Association of Cardio-Pulmonary Rehabilitation, and is also a member of Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals. Currently Mr. Hall serves on the Health Care Board for the State Chamber of Commerce and the Delaware Heart Association. In 2002 the National Administrator of Medicare in Washington, D.C. nominated Mr. Hall to the Advisory Panel on Medicare Education for which he served until 2006. 

He currently holds appointments as adjunct faculty at the University of Delaware as well as Delaware Technical and Community College, and in the mid 1990’s was influential in the development of the Exercise Science curriculum at Delaware Tech.
