Executive Physical is designed to provide you with an exceptional medical service.  Each executive has unlimited time with our physician to discuss current health conditions and how to prevent future health issues.  The Executive Physical Program offers the highest level of medical care through a comprehensive head-to-toe physician examination, lifestyle health risk appraisal, complete laboratory testing, preventive medicine evaluations, and human performance assessments.  Convenience and thoroughness are the two main ingredients of our Executive Physical.

Standard Executive Physical Exam

*   Complete Physical Exam by physician
*   Cancer Screenings: Thyroid Physical Exam and TSH, Prostate - Digital Exam and PSA, Skin Cancer Examination
*   Medical History and Immunization Review
*   Laboratory Bloodwork and Urinalysis - Blood Chemistry Profile, Coronary Risk Profile, Metabolic Panel, TSH, PSA  
*   Resting Electrocardiogram (EKG)
*   Exercise Electrocardiogram (Stress Test)
*   Pulmonary Function
*   Smokerlyzer - Carbon Monoxide Screening
*   Audiogram - (Hearing Test)
*  Vision Screening
*   Body Composition Analysis
*   Low Back Evaluation
*   Flexibility Testing
*   Muscular Fitness Testing

Post Exam
Physician consultation w/ Exam Report, Health and Exercise Prescription, and Lifestyle Report
Recommendation of primary care physician or specialist, if required
